Fulfillment / Shipping:

Once your payment is received, the processing of your order begins. This process may including ordering materials if necessary to complete your order. Because many items are made-to-order, your purchase will ship from our shop within seven to fourteen business days, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information.

Cancellations:

Because many items are made-to-order, you must notify us of any order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, we will not be able honor change and cancellation requests.

Returns:

Any grossly misrepresented item is returnable. Items with personalization are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items purchased in the wrong size are not refundable. Please, check your order for accuracy before checking out.

To return a product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the problem. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and returned items must arrive in their original condition. 1Sister2Sister is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. For shipping damage, please open a claim with USPS. Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected, less the original shipping cost.
