Once your payment is received, processing of your order begins, including ordering of materials if necessary. For this reason, you must notify us of any order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. All change or cancellation requests will otherwise be denied.

Any grossly misrepresented item is returnable.
Items with personalization are non-refundable.
Items purchased in the wrong size are not refundable. Check your order for accuracy.

To return a product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the problem. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and returned items must arrive in their original condition. 1Sister2Sister is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. For shipping damage, please open a claim with USPS.

Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected, less the original shipping cost.
