Any grossly misrepresented item is returnable.
Items with personalization are non-refundable.
Items purchased in the wrong size are not refundable. Check your order for accuracy.

To return a product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the problem. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and returned items must arrive in their original condition. 1Sister2Sister is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. For shipping damage, please open a claim with USPS.
