Sublimation Prints

Do you have a heat press and want to save some money by applying designs to your own sublimatable product? If so, select your designs, choose a sizing option from the drop-down we will send you a high-quality print on a specialized transfer paper that you can apply yourself!

Sublimation Compatability

The dye-sub process transfers full-color artwork onto polyester and polymer-coated substrates. When the proper heat and pressure are applied, the dye turns into a gas and adheres to the molecules of the compatible surface. The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high-resolution, full-color print.

Because the dyes are infused into the molecules of the substrate rather than applied at a topical level (such as with screen printing), the prints will not crack, fade, or peel from the substrate under normal conditions. Before pressing your design, be sure the items you're pressing them onto are compatible with the sublimation process and that you know the appropriate temperature and pressure settings for the material.

NOTE: These are not iron-on designs.
YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS TO APPLY.
