We’ve got these darling Halloween bags up for grabs that come with customization. They are about 14 inches wide and 19 inches long. They are a canvas bag and will last you for a long time and come with a drawstring closure. Please notate the name you’d like added to your bag and thread color.

If you need to cancel or modify your order you must do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order otherwise your request will be denied. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for processing. I do accept returns if my item is grossly misrepresented. However, I cannot take a return if the item has been personalized. You are responsible for making contact with me within the first 48 hours of receiving your item to let me know there was a problem. You will be required to send the item back to me in the same manner as I sent it to you. Once it’s been received and inspected I will issue a refund minus the shipping cost. |

Fulfillment / Shipping:
Once your payment is received, the processing of your order begins. This process may including ordering materials if necessary to complete your order. Because many items are made-to-order, your purchase will ship from our shop within seven to fourteen business days, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information.
Cancellations:
Because many items are made-to-order, you must notify us of any order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, we will not be able honor change and cancellation requests.
Returns:
Any grossly misrepresented item is returnable. Items with personalization are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items purchased in the wrong size are not refundable. Please, check your order for accuracy before checking out.
To return a product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the problem. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and returned items must arrive in their original condition. 1Sister2Sister is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. For shipping damage, please open a claim with USPS. Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected, less the original shipping cost.
